Chancery Square Homeowners Association Residents,

Greetings! It is time to maintain our paved surfaces again, the last time this was done was in 2016. This maintenance project will impact you, it may inconvenience you, but it is necessary to maintain our community infrastructure. This is an initial notice and more details will follow.  

The project will involve filling cracks in the pavement, sealing the entire paved surface and painting (restriping and painting yellow curbs and home addresses on the curbs). The work will be done in two phases over two days. Half the community will be done one day, the other half the second day.

Currently, this work is scheduled for Tuesday May 14, 2024 and Thursday, May 16, 2024. These dates are weather dependent and may need to shift.

On those days, for half of the community, NO vehicles will be authorized on paved surfaces, meaning the roadway and parking areas. Vehicles will be towed if left on the paved surface. Depending on weather, the paved surface will need to remain cleared all night until the next morning or beyond for drying. Please plan accordingly.

Again, this is an initial notice. More details will come, along with a map showing which area will be affected on the first day and which on the second day.
